Chip Simmons spent 5+ years as the Pensacola Chief of Police, is the former Assistant County Administrator, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. He is the recipient of the Gold Medal of Valor and is the former Escambia County Chief Corrections Officer, as well as former SWAT Commander and a former Narcotics Officer and Commander.
